00. launchpad retreat
Most of our clients begin with Launchpad x Louder Group — a 3-day in-person intensive where we build the foundation of your product-based business. Over those three days, we define your vision, identify your customer, sketch early product concepts, and architect a business model that’s designed to scale. It's the fastest way to turn your idea into a real, validated plan of action.

01. define
Before we build anything, we get aligned on what we’re really building. In the Define phase, we focus on clarity — clarifying the problem, the opportunity, and your point of view in the market. Through structured discovery sessions, customer profiling, competitive analysis, and market mapping, we unpack every detail.
We ask the right questions: What gap are we filling? Who’s it for? What do they care about? What already exists — and how are we different?
This is where strategy gets sharp. We leave this phase with a solid brief, a prioritized product roadmap, and a shared understanding of what success looks like.
02. design
Now that we know where we’re going, we begin the creative process of figuring out how it will all come to life. In this phase, we explore and iterate — not just on the product itself, but on the entire brand experience.
This includes product sketches, CADs, branding concepts, packaging ideas, and early brand tone development. We blend industrial design with storytelling, ensuring your product doesn’t just work — it connects.
Our design team works at the intersection of function and feel — thinking about materials, usability, form factor, and customer perception. It’s part vision, part system. And when the right idea clicks? You’ll feel it.
03. develop
This is where ideas become tangible. In Develop, we move from design to execution — turning concepts into prototypes, and prototypes into viable, manufacturable products.
We manage product sampling, sourcing, testing, and refinement — all while building out the backend of your business. That includes vendor relationships, packaging specs, pricing models, margin analysis, and fulfillment planning.
We don’t just build the thing — we build the system around the thing. Everything that needs to be in place to produce, ship, and sell with confidence gets handled in this phase.
It’s iterative. It’s detailed. And yes — it’s where the real magic happens.
04. deploy
Once your product is ready, we shift into operational mode. In the Deploy phase, we connect the dots between product development and the real world.
That means onboarding manufacturers, finalizing purchase orders, locking in logistics, setting up fulfillment infrastructure, and running pre-launch operational tests.
Because Louder Group also operates a boutique 3PL, we know how to build systems that actually work — and we’ll help you avoid the operational mess that derails so many product-based businesses.
Deploy is all about smooth handoffs, smart planning, and making sure you’re ready for volume — whether that’s 100 orders or 10,000.
05. disrupt
This is where we make some noise. In the Disrupt phase, we take everything we’ve built — the product, the brand, the strategy — and launch it into the world.
That might look like a campaign, a photo and video shoot, influencer seeding, social content, a pop-up event, or all of the above. Whatever the approach, our goal is to help you show up boldly, connect with the right audience, and generate momentum that drives revenue.
We also think long-term: building out evergreen content systems, email marketing, UGC strategies, and brand activations that support growth well past the launch moment.
Disrupt isn’t about hype for hype’s sake — it’s about creating awareness that converts, and building a brand that actually lasts.
